New Website Launch For Style My Event….

The Style My Lady (a.k.a me hehe) has been working hard over the last few months to get it to where it is now.

There is still a lot that I want to do with it but for now I’m happy with it.

Your readers can go to our prices and packages page www.stylemyevent.co.uk/prices-packages.php where they can see that we are very transparent with our prices and are offering further 15% reductions for 2013 on bookings over 60 (will even honour the reduced price for 2014 bookings if booked this year!).

We do think that we are offering bargain prices; to think that it includes free delivery, set up and collection, colour match service and chair cover check with the venue plus a free initial consultation.

We are only too happy to provide a bespoke venue dressing and ideas service too where we will work on moodboards and provide inspiration where possible to those who have no clue where to begin on their theme.

The Wedding Venue - how and where to choose

So, the proposal has happened and you’ve said yes!

Congratulations!

Now the excitement begins and the decisions start.

More and more venues are becoming available every week.

From castles to beaches, you have countless amounts of choice.

With the venue being on average the 3rd biggest expense in weddings, making the right decisions are vital.

Ten things to think about.

1. Will you want to have your ceremony at the same venue as the reception?

2. Will you want accommodation for yourselves and your guests?

3. Do you want a classic or contemporary venue?

4. What day will you choose to marry on as this affects prices of venues?

5. What time of the year will you marry effects price and the overall look?

6. How many guests will be attending each part of your day and will they all fit?

7. Will you be marrying abroad and how many guests can actually attend?

8. Will you have a marquee or a venue’s function room?

9. Will most of your guests be able to travel to the venue?

10. Will your budget allow for your choice and how can you make cuts?

These are just ten of the important issues you need to think about to make sure your special day is as amazing as you imagine.

Negotiation is key to your venue plans to keep your budget in order.
