I proposed to Leonardo on a leap year by sending him an Email in which he replied YES..! Two years later after much planning and stress, we got married at Layer Marney Towers just outside of Colchester. The weather was amazing, bearing in mind the week before, there was torrential rain and the week after was snow..! I wore a red corset style dress with gold embellishments which shocked everyone! A gold tiara and gold shoes and my own homemade bouquet finished the look off. There were only a few hiccups on the day such as the wrong colour car turning up for the bridesmaids but everything else went to plan. Leonardo did not stop smiling all day after crying at the alter when he saw me.! Our eldest son gave me away and our youngest son was our pageboy (a real family wedding party). It was such a great day and one which we will treasure. We have just celebrated 11 years marriage this year and had another baby..!
